Welcome to Craftily
Craftily Bars & Events Ltd are a family-run, mobile bar hire company based in South Norfolk. Our mobile bar hire services are available for all event types and occasions throughout the East of England.
Choose from our Wooden Horse Box Bar, which has been converted to the highest standards, or one our pop-up bars which are perfect for inside venues or marquees. These can be incorporated together!
At Craftily, we enjoy keeping it local, we source many of the products we serve from local producers, we stock a selection of local gins amongst other spirits, wines and beer.
Our bar options come fully equipped, staffed (ex. dry hire) & licensed. Included is an event consultation, in which we will take the time to understand your requirements, discuss logistics and tailor your drinks menu. We will also set up the day prior to your event, if suitable.

Deposit to secure your date
We require £100.00 deposit to secure your date, this fee will be deducted from your total costs
Bar services apply
The following bar services rates apply: Horse Box Bar: £200.00 – Pop-up Bars: £150.00
Events over 120 drinking guests
Free of charge – provided we take £1,000 over the bar (including any drinks packages)
Remaining balance
Once the £100 deposit is paid, any remaining balance is due up to 30 days prior to your event date. The above charges do not apply to dry hire, please refer to our Dry Hire package for this (under Drinks Packages)
Whether you are looking for a cocktail making class or tiki bar, a wine tasting evening, or a gin making workshop, we have you covered. We are flexible with our event themes and will work with you to create bespoke experiences!
See below our packages we offer. If you would like to adapt our packages in any way, we will be happy to discuss this to suit your special occasion. We can add your choice of Cocktail. You can choose which Bottled Beer you would like to be served and upgrade your Prosecco to English Sparkling wine.

Payment Options
Cash Bar
Guests pay for their own drinks. We accept both cash & card, providing there is mobile data or Wi-Fi
Pre-paid Bar
Select an amount to put behind the bar as a tab, once this has been used guests will purchase drinks
Open Bar
If you choose an open bar, we will run a tab for the duration of your event and charge at the end of the night
Tokens
These are available as an alternative to the ‘Pre-paid’ option, you can purchase tokens which will be given to guests to redeem a drink, these work well as wedding favours
Unique packages & services
Dry Hire
Our Dry Hire package allows you to supply your own alcohol for the duration, which we will serve from our Dry Hire bar. Also included:
- Horse Box or Wooden Bar
- Full bar equipment, with draught beer set up
- Set up the day prior
- 1 x 88 pint keg (grain pilsener)
- Staffing x 2 for the duration
(Additional beer kegs, cocktail bar add on & staffing available)
Price: £1,250
Private Bartending
Would you like a bartender at your intimate or private function? Included in our service is:
- Professional mixologist / bartender for up to 6 hours
- Small pop-up bar & bar fridge with full equipment
- Garnish & ice
- Shopping list
(40 person max. This option is ideal for corporate events and holiday rentals)
Price: £500
Cocktail Parties
Book our cocktail session for your special occasion, included:
- 2 hour session (ish)
- Demonstrations by a professional mixologist
- Enjoy 3 cocktails each plus sharing cocktails
- Create your own cocktails with equipment provided
- Select which cocktails you create
(10 person minimum. Option to add additional cocktails or tailor this is a cocktail party. Save 10% when booking your wedding / party bar with us)
