We believe in making the process of finding and delivering a Mobile Bar Hire Service, as easy and stress free as possible for our customers. Which is why we offer the following with all of our options.

Our smooth process, from start to finish

Secure your date

Trust us to provide the highest quality of service for your event or special occasion, get in touch today!

TENS license

Most events require a TENS License (Temporary Events Notice), although some venues already have a premises license. This will be checked and applied for. Our TENS License can cover other licensable activities such as Live Music if required.

Event meeting

With each Bar Hire booking we offer a FREE event consultation, this can be done in person or over the phone. We take the time to understand your event requirements and logistics, in order to provide the ideal service.

Bespoke menu

Once we have confirmation of what drinks will be served at your event, we will create a bespoke menu designed to your event & occasion, with chosen drinks and options.

Staff, set up & pack down

Included in our booking cost, is setting up and packing down your selected bar and staff to run your bar on the day. When able to, we will set up the day prior to your event and pack up the day afterwards, to ensure smooth running of the day and our services.

Bar options

The Horsebox Bar

Our first and most popular option of Mobile Bar, is our lovingly restored Horse Box Bar! This really stands out amongst the crowd and can be adapted/styled to suit your occasion and event.

Kitted out with everything a bar may need, including a double fridge to keep all bottles and cans cold. A freezer which we load with ice and garnish when needed. Beer Taps serving 2 products, H&S Standard Sinks. Top of bar shelving for bottles of spirits and under counter shelving for glassware.

Large Wooden Bar

Our Larger Wooden Mobile Bar is ideal for having us inside your venue or marquee, whilst still enabling us to serve a large number of guests. Our Bar is kitted out with a double fridge, beer taps, optional ale stillage of up to 6 ales and shelving for spirits and glassware.

Smaller Wooden Bar

Our Wooden Mobile Bar is ideal for intimate parties and weddings inside marquees, houses or venues. This is kitted out with a double fridge, Beer Taps (for parties over 70 people), shelving and optional stillage.

Payment options

Pay-as-you-go bar

With this option, your party will pay for their own drinks. This can be accompanied with any of our Drinks Packages. This may make it easier if you have a budget to stick to. We are able to accept both cash and card payments.

Pre-paid bar

This option allows you to put a certain amount behind the bar, this enables your guests to have a couple of drinks on you. When the amount runs out, we will notify you and the bar will then work as a pay as you go service or choose to extend your pre-paid amount. The pre-paid amount will need to be settled prior to your event.

Open bar

This option allows your guests to have drinks paid by you, for the duration of your event. We will notify you of the amount when we reach agreed amounts, you have the option to continue running the tab or opt for a pay as you go bar at any point. We will take a £500 deposit prior to your event, with the remaining due at the end of the event.

Drinks tokens

You are able to buy drinks tokens from us to give to the guests you would like to purchase drinks for – these work well as wedding favours on tables, and entitle each guest to a drink on you. Tokens are £4.50 each.

Hire charges

We hired Craftily mobile bar for our wedding, from the moment we spoke to Brad, we felt at ease, he was honest about what services they could provide and there were no hidden costs or terms. Brad is approachable and effective in his communication, he is calm and understanding. On the day of our wedding, bar service was smooth and our guests were happy with their cocktails and drinks. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were so glad to have chosen Craftily for our recent party. All through the planning Brad was really helpful. The set up was prompt and efficient, and most importantly the two ladies that ran it through the evening (Kelly & Lynne) were just lovely. We would book them again and definitely recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We really cannot say how incredible craftily was for our wedding. Brad and his team took so much of the stress out of organising drinks on the wedding day. They were so professional, and you could tell you were in a really safe pair of hands. We’d like to give a special mention to Kelly who was there for our day, who went completely above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. The dry hire bar worked perfect for us, and meant that things felt really hand curated and personal, whilst knowing you had professionals on board to handle everything on the big day. If you are on the fence about getting a bar, take this as your sign. Thank you so much Craftily!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amazing bar service for the Friday and Saturday night of our wedding weekend in Norfolk. The drinks went down so well and the staff were so kind and helpful, even going out their way to give my SIL's family a lift back to the hotel to save them walking with kids. Everything ran so smoothly, nothing was too much trouble and we really appreciate all the work you put in to make our day amazing. Thank you so much!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brad ran a bar for us in our garden at our wedding anniversary celebration. From the moment we contacted him he was accommodating and flexible with everything we asked. He turned up on time and once we'd shown him where the bar was to go, he just got on with it...seamlessly! He even coped with our manic eight month old puppy! Our guests really enjoyed chatting to him and, of course, they loved the fantastic cocktails he made. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had Brad and his team at our wedding and could not recommend them enough. After speaking to other local bars who did not respond, we came across Brad who offered support and his expertise to deliver an amazing service for our wedding. Brad bought a trusted pilsner to our wedding which was lovely and went down a treat (no hangover the next day was a massive plus). Brad came the night before to setup and collected his stock a few days later, this left us not worrying about him turning up late or getting in the way. His bar staff he got in were lovely and added an extra flare to the day, remembering our guests and engaging with them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We hired Brad and the Craftily team for our May 2026 wedding. They stepped in fairly last minute, due to a change in circumstances from our prior bar company. Brad was brilliant, easy to contact and accommodating of all of our wishes. We personalised the drinks behind the bar to suit what we wanted, choosing three cocktails for the night as well. I had bought shot glasses to match our wedding theme, which the team were happy to use. They also supported with serving prosecco (that we had already bought) to our guests, on arrival. Throughout the evening the team were friendly and engaging with all our guests. Overall we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend!
